Scope: As part of the interview process for a content writing position with a focus on human resource issues, I was asked to create a short video explaining how to write a job description.

Goal: To write a script, create PowerPoint Slides explaining task and record presentation in MP4 format.

Client: Volunteer Instructional Design Client

Scope: Chef David is looking to open an upscale Italian restaurant and was interested in having some onboarding modules created for new employees with little or no background in commercial kitchen sanitation and food illness caused by cross-contamination.

Goal: To create a style guide for an Articulate Storyline 360 course that will introduce new employees to food allergens, food-borne illnesses, food contaminants, best practices for avoiding cross-contamination, and best practices for sanitizing kitchen items and surfaces.

Tools Used: Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Stock, Articulate Storyline 360 Characters, Envato Elements
