Project: Volunteer Instructional Design Client

Scope: A Chef looking to open an upscale Italian restaurant was interested in having some onboarding modules created for new employees with little or no background in commercial kitchen sanitation and/or illness caused by cross-contamination.

Goal: To create a job aid that includes best practices for sanitizing surfaces that could be hung in close proximity to kitchen surfaces that would require sanitizing.

Goal: To create a course to introduce new employees to food allergens, food-borne illnesses, food contaminants, best practices for avoiding cross-contamination, and best practices for sanitizing kitchen items and surfaces.
