Scope: Chef David is looking to open an upscale Italian restaurant and was interested in having some onboarding modules created for new employees with little or no background in commercial kitchen sanitation and food illness caused by cross-contamination.
Goal: To create a course to introduce new employees to food allergens, food-borne illnesses, food contaminants, best practices for avoiding cross-contamination, and best practices for sanitizing kitchen items and surfaces.

Tools Used: Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, Adobe Stock
Project Highlights: Interactive asset containing custom logo, player and slides that include layers, custom buttons and states, triggers, conditions, and timeline interactions.
Other interactions include Drag-and-Drop, Pop-up windows and multiple-choice assessments. A custom voice-over was also created for the course.
